We loved this house, and would probably buy it if it came on the market. Perfect Georgetown location. Maybe the only downside is the stairs can be a bit loud, but this is true of every historic home.

Great location, house was extremely comfortable as expected. We felt at home. Looking forward to make an excuse to visit Georgetown area and stay there again. I wished we had this chance during the 4 years our son attended Georgetown University. At least we had a great experience for his graduation.

This is a spectacular place to rent. This home is furnished in high quality items from its well appointed kitchen and appliances right down to the bed linens. Its location in the heart of Georgetown is great...easy walking to shops, restaurants, and parks. Added pluses of this home are its back garden, its rooftop seating area and the gas log fireplace in the living room. It was an ideal place in which to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday (even though we didn't cook Thanksgiving dinner or eat it there). It surpassed my expectations.

This is a spectacular place to rent. This home is furnished in high quality items from its well appointed kitchen and appliances right down to the bed linens. Its location in the heart of Georgetown is great...easy walking to shops, restaurants, and parks. Added pluses of this home are its back garden, its rooftop seating area and the gas log fireplace in the living room. I was in Georgetown for work and very happy with this rental. It is just as pictured. The house was nice and clean. There are extra towels and sheets and the skylight in the bathroom was great! The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and even though the bedroom faced the street, it was very quiet. The full kitchen and the back patio were very nice features to have when I wanted to cook in. And it's just a few minutes walk to M Street where there are many great restaurants and shopping if you want to go out for a meal.

We walked everywhere - to the historic homes and gardens, the canal, the Potomac, restaurants, stores, and bakeries. The Scheele grocery just a block away was wonderful.

We all slept very comfortably; the beds were fantastic. The kitchen had a lot more dishes and spices than I usually find in a rental, which made cooking easy. This is one of the cleanest and most luxurious rentals I have stayed in.

All who stayed with us were delighted with the property and amenities, and we look forward to celebrating our 50th reunion here! The property is beautifully appointed and furnished and in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, M St, Wisconsin Ave, Dunbarton Oaks and Rock Creek Park. Fabulous!

We loved this property and were happy with the location so near everything you might need for a short stay. It was well managed and the management responded anytime we had a question or asked for something. I do recommend this property.
