Meet LUXbnb

Charlotte Perry is committed to business development  and supporting the growing team!  Seeing an unmet need in Washington forshort-stay rentals plus a desire by property owners to safely generate a healthy revenue stream from their residential properties, Charlotte melded the two into a short-term rental management business addressing the needs of business and pleasure travelers.  Prior to founding LUXbnb, Charlotte had a 15-year professional background working with start-ups setting-up and managing the initial distribution channels throughout North America.  She also worked with established businesses as head of marketing.  In addition to her business skills, Charlotte is intimately aware of the needs of business travelers having averaged 200 hotel nights per year during those 15 years.  As an avid traveler, Charlotte has found her way to 48 states and 59 countries. Having travelled the U.S and the world for business and pleasure as a solo traveler, with business colleagues and with family she knows well what travelers need and want in short-stay accommodations. Charlotte earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and an MBA in international business and marketing from the University of Southern California.Charlotte can be reached at 202-341-8799 or Charlotte@LUXbnb.com.

Anna-Regina Heck is Property Manager for LUXbnb and is our feet-on-the-ground taking care of properties and guests as questions arise. Anna-Regina is a master at Google and YouTube, and she owns a tool box, so if something is not working, by golly she’ll figure out how to fix it!  If it’s beyond her abilities, she’ll call on one of our trusted maintenance partners to resolve the issue efficiently and effectively.  In addition to her “can-do” attitude, we also love Anna-Regina’s outgoing nature which has led to a fantastic network of skilled professionals in Washington DC; if we have a need, she has a friend with the skill-set to meet it.   Anna-Regina brings to the business over 12 years’ experience working in the hospitality, hotel and guest experience industry both locally in Washington DC and abroad in Greece and Germany. Anna-Regina holds  a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management from Germany, and has done coursework in Marketing Promotion and Public Relations here in the U.S. She is a true ambassador for both this wonderful city and for LUXbnb. This DC native enjoys sharing with her clients the lesser known hideaways of the Nation's Capital, not just 'National Treasure' secrets (favorite movie).  Chanel earned her Bachelor's in Sociology from Norfolk State University, then migrated back to DC, where she recently earned her MBA from Trinity Washington University. With over 10 years of customer service and hospitality experience, Chanel has a keen ability to make guests feel genuinely welcomed and find a commonality that creates connections and trust.
